From my in-law's, I got a few cool books, a picture frame, and a note that said, "To HDW: A great mom to our grandson".

And now ... I am preparing to leave for the cruise. I have surpised myself with a lot more room in my suitcase than I had originally planned. This is a good thing!

Conversation with HDHusband last night regarding the cruise:

Him: Don't fall off.

Me: I wasn't planning on doing so.

Him: I just don't want to hear about you on CNN. "She did the congo line and fell off the back!"

Me: Well, if I do go over during the congo line, I hope it's during the part when I say, "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey!" ... SPLASH!

I'm not falling overboard. I think I've already done that HERE, and this is why I'm GOING on a cruise. Time for a break. Time to recharge. Time to connect with friends and relax and enjoy myself.
