Happy 2006!

Recently, HDHusband purchased CD's ... circa 1980's. Among other fascinating choices (The Babys, John Waite), he purchased Loverboy (the "Keep It Up" album). He purchased this off of Amazon on my account, therefore giving me all the receipt emails and such. After letting HDH know he had his prized CD on the way, this is the email I received in return from my husband:

You betcha baby. Loverboy and I were in our primes in the mid 80s. I
had hair, The Rick Springfield look going. Accepted to medical school.
Hanging out with the my friends from college. It was all muscle
shirts and big hair. Tie a few bandanas on my jeans, smoke my little
smoke, drink my little drink, and get down to the serious business of
begging intoxicated women to come home with me. However, I was
carefully biding my time, knowing that somewhere in the big United
States there was some toddler babe in big girl diapers who would
eventually rock my world (AKA put up with my shit), and we would settle
down and have a fambly.
