Trash Day
It's Trash Day.

I got up early, took out the trash bins, and as I was making my way out with the extra bags and boxes, I notice this guy meandering (read: running towards me) down our street.

I'm used to seeing red foxes on the ranch where I grew up. We had one living in a field north of our house, and our dog, Jasper, made friends with it - watching the babies while the momma fox would go off and hunt. Very cute, actually.

But,I'm not expecting to see them in the rolling hills of Concrete and Traffic (but I have an idea where this guy might be living), let alone at 6:30 this morning when I was still half-the-hell-asleep.
