My younger brother's birth mother found him a few months ago. He sent me photos today of his half-siblings (none of his mom yet, only has hard copies of those, but did meet her not long ago).

I am floored and amazed to see the similarities in his brothers, mostly. And of course there would be ... but to be a child of adoption as well and to always look in the mirror and not see anyone familiar ... it's a huge deal to me.

I continue looking back at the photos he sent. I have spent the majority of the morning doing so! I see more and more of him every time I look. And he doesn't see himself yet ... interesting.

So very cool!
